The construction of vault place was initiated in January 2021. It was founded by Josh Eskridge and Jenny dyson. Jenny is a pro makeup artist and stylist. josh is a commercial and fashion photographer. vault place is a 3000 sq. ft. studio rental space. However, vault place is more than just a studio; it is the foundation for multiple businesses and services under one roof (vault management, vault mode, Jenny d makeup and Josh Eskridge photography). this allows us to serve different clients in different ways. We empower our clients by simplifying the logistics of a project and providing them access to talent and resources so that they can fully maximize their creative potential and project. with this unique, synergistic business model, we can be anything from a simple studio rental to a fully-equipped creative agency that can provide services, talent and creative content for brands in the fashion and commercial industries.

Vault Management is a boutique mother modeling agency whose mission is to discover and develop high-caliber models for the fashion, beauty, commercial and artistic industries. Vault models can be direct booked through Vault Management and can be utilized in conjunction with a studio rental or project.
vault mode
Vault Mode is a unique feature of Vault Place. Vault Mode is a collection of fashion pieces, curated by Jenny. Pieces from Vault Mode can be used for shoots and are rented on a per-piece basis.
